There are many methods and teachings available to us for pursuing growth and increased awareness.  One thing is for sure: there is no path that’s a fit for everyone.  This can be frustrating and confusing.  Even the seasoned ’seeker’ can find an event or teaching to be only a sampling, and quickly move on.   Isn’t that our nature these days, to sample and move on?  We have more available to us these days than ever before.  Perhaps a Spiritual Buffet is the answer.

Does this mean that many of the offered energy awareness and alternative health offerings are ‘not quite there’?  No, not at all.  We are all individuals, seeking our own answers.  Few us are are content with the answers found by someone else.  Our own experiences and thoughts produced by our life events helps us grow and better understand who we are.  Those events or teachings might not be your resting place, but may provide a stepping stone for your journey.
